INCM assumes its responsibility for promoting gender equality and it has a Gender Equality Plan, in compliance with Council of Ministers Resolution no. 19/2012, of 8 March, which determines that it is mandatory for all entities of the State business sector to adopt an Equality Plan.

The company's involvement in gender equality issues has led to its participation in business forums and the adoption of measures to promote equality at work, in addition to best practices for improving the work-life balance.

As part of the scope of these activities, INCM has signed a Letter of Commitment, which envisages the implementation of a group of activities between 2017 and 2019, which will constitute the new Gender Equality Plan for 2017 to 2019.
