INCM is among the 20 most attractive places to work in Portugal

The Portuguese people have selected INCM as one of the 20 most attractive places to work in Portugal, according to the Randstad Award, an annual and independent study run by human resources company Randstad.
The results were based on the opinion of a panel made up of a sample of Portugal’s working population, comprising 7262 respondents aged between 18 and 65 years old.
Respondents assessed the attractiveness of 157 major employers nationwide, based on criteria such as wages and benefits, work-life balance, career opportunities, pleasant working environments, social and environmental sustainability, training quality, interesting work content, financial health and long-term job security.
