Signature of the contract concluded between INCM and DTT
S. Tomé and Principe driver's licenses and registration certificates are going to be produced by INCM

The new models of the Driver's License and Vehicle Registration Certificates of the Democratic Republic of S. Tomé and Principe are going to be produced by INCM and supplied to the Ground Transport Department (Direção de Transportes Terrestres - DTT) of that country, as stipulated in the contract signed by the two institutions on 11th April.
It is foreseen within the contract that in the first phase, 25 thousand new driver's licenses and 10 thousand new vehicle registration certificates in polymer format will be produced and supplied. These will contain various security items, namely holograms, special inks and anti-forgery motifs, among others, included in the graphic design proposal created by INCM, in accordance with the indication of the authorities of S. Tomé.
